I am trying to understand your post. It's definitely a pitch. Are you pitching a game that you've developed to Meta and asking them to buy the rights to the game? Are you pitching Meta to work with you to release your game as an Oculus Original through Oculus Games? Or are you simply pitching your game idea to gain access to the Quest Store release channel?
For any of those, most likely you would be expected to release your game on App Labs, and depending on the reception it receives, Meta would then reach out to you. Or you could discuss it with your assigned account manager if you reach that point. Don't expect any response to a pitch posted here. You would need to find out the current pitch process and include visuals and follow the requirements for a pitch. If you have additional questions I can try to answer them, but I can't offer a whole lot more than what I already suggested. Best of luck to you.
