Daily Sales / Downloads Reports frozen on the 13th October 2024
Hello, my daily reports are no longer coming in. I now only have reports up until the 13th of this month.
Could you please advise why I can no longer receive daily reports via the Meta developers dashboard?
I am a VR developer for the Oculus Quest.
These daily reports are crucial as I cannot see what is working and what is not working in terms of marketing and makes it difficult to generate revenue for us all.
I am very worried as I check these reports daily.
Please advise.

Same. Also, I cannot modify and save any of my app submission's meta data. please fix these.
Thanks for this! Although this is bad, I find some comfort in knowing this isn't just with me. This is my only source of income and I am frankly worried. I cannot track the result of my marketing efforts. I need these daily sales reports! Is yours also stuck on the 13th?
Mine are stuck on the 14th and only the revenue seems to be updating.
Are you able to save changes to your submission's metadata like description and assets (screenshots)?
I haven't had the need to update meta data yet for the apps but I will in a few weeks. It urgently needs to be sorted before then as the new updates I have planned will make the apps a lot better but also the screenshots will need to be updated.
Possibly you could make a post here too so that it doubles the chance of this problem being seen by Meta and gets fixed?
