Developer Verification problem

Hi,

Recently I saw that we have to verify our org with documents or the admin of the orgs documents like passports etc.

I went to see on the submission process what documents was needed and left. Returned and it's "pending submission" and no way to cancel it. Cuz in short I don't have business docs to submit. Was gonna verify myself with my passport in the admin section. 

Going to the admin verification bit on PC and it asks for my webcam (don't have one) to take a photo of the passport. So I switch to my phone to take a photo and there is no longer an option for me to take photos/submit my verification photos. Just "add person" and "remove person". 

Please please PLEASE Meta, reject my submissions and make it so I can submit my passport with a photo again please! 

Or a reset option in case someone fecked up like I did! 

If anyone has solutions to this odd problem I am all ears.

      For this problem it has worked (thank you!). Saw the other post where you had this solution yesterday and it got me through a few attempts. But after a few submissions my "ID" was not good enough use another....so i did....and then that ID isnt good enough. I dont have any other ID Meta x'D . 
      Now whenever i hit submit on the ID photo screen it loops over and wont allow me to submit the picture taken.

        I tried all my IDs (passports, driver's licences, a residence permit) with artificial and natural lighting and got the same answer — they couldn't read my data. Looks like their use some AI for this work, and it's broken. The support team didn't help and answered me with some random text like "try to reinstall Windows". Looks like they replaced the team with ChatGPT. Terrible experience so far. Hope they fix this soon.
