Development mode

Hello I am working on a VR experience in unreal that I want to work
in the Oculus Go. I can't get development mode on my phone active.
I have made a organization with no effect on activating dev mode.
I have tried making more organizations to try to get it to work with no luck.
Should I delete my account and start all over as the organizations can't be deleted.
Does Oculus have any development support? as I tried

support@oculusvr.com

and they just sent me back to development main page.
