Direct depsoit failed money returned to originator

alr so basically i didnt get payed at all yesterday which was the day i was supposed to get payed like the money went into my cashapp and showed as pending and it then said Direct deposit failed money returned to originator is there anyway i could contact meta and see if theres anything on their side thats going wrong?
