Disable Malware Tests hangups in internal AppLabs releases

Considering the frequent state of breakage of the Malware Tests for AppLabs builds (scan never finishes), please include an option to at least disable them for internal releases. Otherwise we will resort to using an MDM to distribute as it is becoming too unreliable.
