Educator/student accounts / Unable to add Payment method

It seems I'm now required to add a payment method to set Oculus Quest 2 to Developer Mode. Is there any way for educators and students to bypass this? I shouldn't require students to add credit card numbers to learn how to develop for Oculus Quest 2 ...

    Hi, I'm helping a teacher who uses the fone sep morelos system to manage their payslips and educational payments. We're running into a similar issue when trying to link or manage a payment method through educational accounts. Has anyone here dealt with something similar, especially when using regional portals for official documentation? Would appreciate any insight!
