Error in developer verification

We recently received a message on the developer dashboard to update developer verification requirements, and we follow the instructions to pass the requirements (we select "business verification").

Yet, in the final step of verifying the organization email, we always get an error code saying "There was a problem saving your changes. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Please see the attached screenshot. We wait several times and redo the instruction again, yet always fail at the last step. Can you please fix this bug? it now prevents us from updating our apps, which is quite annoying.
