Financial information not available

I used to be able to download Monthly Sales Report under 'Financial Reports' menu, but since a week ago, sales report disappeared from this menu. And on Revenue Dashboard, it's not showing me Revenue numbers. 

I'm confused because I haven't changed any account information. I dont understand why suddenly I'm blocked from seeing this information. Is it my issue or Meta issue?
