Funnel Analytics missing data since this week

The funnel analytics page (https://beta.developers.meta.com/horizon/resources/publish-funnel-analytics/) used to display data even though my player base has not reached 100. It has been the only page under Analytics showing data.

Now I see the same message as displayed on the other analytics pages saying I need 100 active users to see the data. Has anyone else experienced this?
