How to make Paid app after release one version. (Free app to Paid app)

Hello All,

I have published the app to LIVE, the first version is Free to download. Now I want to make it paid. I am getting a pricing option. But unable to submit the app again. Also unable to change app metadata.

Does anyone have an idea how to make the app Free to Paid?
