Issue with Verifying using Credit Card

Just trying to set up my Dev account. During the verification part I've successfully verified using MFA and adding a phone number, however when attempting to add a card once the details are added, the card is momentarily shown as verified but then quickly changes back to asking me to verify again. I've used 4 different cards, can confirm all the details are correct etc.

 

Any ideas?

    I am seeing the same issue, I turn on 2 factor and verify my credit card only to be sent back to the page asking for both again.  I am hoping they come up with a solution.
