Looks like someone's messed up "Members" and "Roles" in the dashboard?

Anyone else having this problem? 

The new "Organization Grouping" functionality doesn't look to have any way to set "Roles" for members. I'm able to add members in "Organization Group Members" but only option for a "Role" is "Admin" - which isn't helpful at all.

Does anyone know how to get to these settings?
