Multiple problems with Dashboard
1st - I can't create a new application, this error appears.
If I refresh the window the application does appear.
2nd - If I try to use the entitlement check, it does not recognize the application and closes as if it did not have the permissions. In Oculus Platform Settings I add the application ID that is generated in the App ID
Used to initialize the Platform SDK.
Launching directly in Unity Editor gives me the following error.

In the glasses, standalone mode the application closes despite having the correct Application ID.
3rd - Upload the application to the Dashboard.
When uploading the application with the ovr-platform-util command from cmd it gives me the following error:
This app contains both 32-bit (armeabi-v7a) and 64-bit (arm64-v8a) libraries. This consumes extra storage and increases download times. Consider updating your build to target 64-bit only.
The configuration is for IL2CPP and Target Architectures is only marked ARM64.
4th - Payments for an application that I have in Oculus App Lab are not occurring.
Although my sales are very low, I have exceeded the minimum margin of $100 for payments for more than 6 months, I do not receive total income reports and I have already written to Facebook payment support on several occasions without any results.
I have always received previous payments in the same account so it is not a priori problem of my bank.
The project configuration is done:
Unity 2022.3.13f URP
Meta XR All-in-One SDK - com.meta.xr.sdk.all@59.0.0
Well, I think the problems have been solved. I need to verify the fact of the payments, but I suppose that it will not be possible until next month.
1º It has been solved, I can create applications without the error that appeared in the first image appearing again.
2º In the rights verification, adding me as a user solves the problem.
3º This problem persists, but it is a warning and the application uploads and works perfectly.

I have managed to add the build so that it appears as App lab and recognizes the check.
I added myself to the app, it occurred to me yesterday and it didn't work, I saw in the forum that they use the same method so I insisted.
After several attempts, when installing from MQDH sometimes it appears again in unknown applications, other times it does not install but the application appears in all the applications...
I have restarted the viewer, I have jumped on one foot, I have cast spells on Satan and God and finally without it having been installed directly I have been able to download it from applications.
When creating a new application in the panel it keeps giving me errors and I don't know if it will fail again, since I had an application already created for this project and it started giving errors creating a new one from scratch...
