Well, I think the problems have been solved. I need to verify the fact of the payments, but I suppose that it will not be possible until next month.
1º It has been solved, I can create applications without the error that appeared in the first image appearing again.
2º In the rights verification, adding me as a user solves the problem.
3º This problem persists, but it is a warning and the application uploads and works perfectly.
