Not getting my commissions more than 6 months?

Hello,

We have generated more than x.xxx$ in sales for our game Old Hag effect, but after more than 6 months we still didn't receive payment from Oculus.

I've tried to contact themthrough Facebook Monetizers support and each month theysaid that we should receive commisions at the end of month, and than we got same message that they will look into issue after I complain that another month passed without payment.

Can you tell me what can I do? Looks very unprofessional.
