Not seeing updated apps on the device

I'm not seeing new builds that have been successfully uploaded to subscribed channels or the production channel.

  • Hey there,

    I've just went through this with an app of mine. I'm not sure exactly what went wrong in your case, but here's a few things that might help:

    • If you click `More details` from the app icon in your library, the store page should open and be updated with the latest version.
    • I had to manually add myself as a user for a new release Channel, in case that's missing in your case.
    • Maybe confirm that the new builds are not released in a channel like `Alpha`, while the store is serving you the `Live` one ?
    • I've had an occasion where I needed to restart my headset for the app list to refresh, not sure if that would solve the issue.

    Not entirely sure what went wrong in your case, but hope one of these might have helped 🙂
