Oculus Go won’t play VR videos!?

What the heck! VR videos only play after doing a factory reset, but then after a while they keep suddenly not playing anymore and Oculus is ignoring all my emails to address this widespread issue. Oculus we paid for the Go! You should still offer tech support for your products.
