Oculus Quest missing from lost of devices when initially creating app

Hello,

I have two organizations that I am an admin of. One, which was created last year, allows me to create Oculus Quest apps via the Create a New App option in the developer dashboard. 

However, when I attempt to take the same steps in my new Organization, I only see Oculus Go & Gear VR listed.


Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
