Organization name already in use

When attempting to load the Developer Dashboard in a browser it is forcing me to indicate an organization even though I have already set one up previously.  As such it's telling me the organization name is already in use (yes, by ME!)

I believe this is an issue with two profiles on the same e-mail perhaps? I have never used a second profile but went through the steps to set one up before realizing what it was doing and now I can't seem to get it to connect through my existing profile?
