Publish our app on official oculus store (Quest 2)

Hi,  I have 2 questions. Please help us if you know the answer.

My first question is How we can publish our app (Quest 2) on the official Oculus store?

and my second question is how we can move our recent app that was approved through AppLab to the official Oculus store?
