Quest and Go have different App ID's?

So right now in my Oculus Dashboard I have differnt apps for Quest and Go/GearVR. But everything I am reading in the documentation seems to point towards them being the same? Is that correct? Should I have only one App page and one App ID for Quest, Go and GearVR? 

If I currently have different Go/GearVR and Quest App ID's, is there a way to consolidate them into one? Or are they supposed to be different? If they are supposed to be different how am I supposed to put both the separate Go and Quest ID's into the platform SDK settings in Unity?
