Some IAPs not uploading to Dev Dashboard via tsv file

Some IAPs within a tsv file are uploading to Oculus Dashboard and some aren't. All data within the tsv is formatted correctly. Using GearVR (Quest & Mobile)

Upon saving I get the following error - 

GraphQL server responded with error 1357005: There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can.

I can't find any mention of that error code anywhere

Anyone experiencing the same? Any help would be appreciated!
