Stuck in Current processing step: reconstructing uploaded file (1/3)

hi,

its been a week since I was stuck in this screen...

Current processing step: reconstructing uploaded file (1/3)


I couldn't upload any of the builds to the developer dashboard. tried in safari and chrome.

    I keep running into this same issue, is this a known problem, i can see from previous posts that it has been in the past

    Same here. Would appreciate guidance, trying to upload a Quest apk made with Unity 2019.2. Followed the manifest recommendations and V2 signing is ticked in the Unity build settings.

    To solve by myself, I tried to create a new project in oculus dashboard and changed the bundle identifier and added new keystore file and uploaded and it worked....now old project is just a DUD.
