We recently discovered that our VR app has been restricted from the Meta store, and we believe this happened by mistake. Our app fully aligns with Meta’s policies, and we’re eager to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We’ve tried reaching out to support directly but haven’t had much luck so far.

If anyone—particularly any Meta staff or those with experience in similar situations—can provide guidance or assistance, we’d be extremely grateful. We’re committed to compliance and want to ensure we address everything properly so our users can continue enjoying the best possible VR experience.
