Unable to request product keys

We're currently unable to request product keys. When selecting the 'Keys' option we're being presented with the error message below;


We haven't requested any number of keys before receiving this message; it appears as soon as we click on the 'Keys' option from the dashboard and doesn't even let us get as far as selecting between regular or bulk keys! This is happening for everyone in my organisation.


I'm also getting another error message when attempting to report the bug;


We've recently had a few customers report error messages when attempting the redeem their Oculus keys stating 'This key has been canceled by the developer'. I'm not sure whether the issue with the customer keys is related to our key generation issue, but right now we can't provide them with any new keys as replacements!
