Unable to Submit IARC Content certificate. Getting Error GraphQL server responded with error 1675030

Hello All,

 

I am uploading app to App Lab. While submitting IARC content certificate with ID and Email ID. Getting this below error. Please see attached screenshot.

    Nice to meet you!


    I ran into the same problem, and after days of trying to issue and register certificates over and over again, I solved it today.


    I created a new app from the App Manager and issued a new certificate ID with a different IARC email address in the submission page of the new app.
    The issued IARC automatically goes into a draft, but instead of saving the draft in the new app, I entered the new certificate ID and IARC email address into the app I wanted to register and pressed save as the draft, it finally saved.
