Unable to Update My Name in Oculus profile

I have created my developer account but I am not able to change my Name in profile info to match with Government ID for verification purpose. I have updated my name in Facebook profile and according my Sync option in Oculus profile I should be updated automatically. But its still showing my old name and I am not able to proceed with verification.
