Update app while in review or cancel review
I have an app that is under review. I have binary and meta image updates for the app, but there is no cancel button. There is no way to delete/cancel/modify the app submission.
What are my options?

We ran into an issue where our build would not proceed beyond the automatic test phase (Infra_Failure error in test results) and we were unable to cancel the submission to upload a new one. We reached out to Oculus Support and they canceled it for us

Thank you for the reply - how were you able to contact Oculus Support? We only seem to be able to send messages on this forum, and Oculus/Meta/Facebook does not respond to these messages.

Yeah we used the Contact Us form on the developer site (as pro_zac described). It's a bit hit-or-miss for store/build related issues. It took a few weeks for the right person see our ticket and cancel the submission
The forums are less reliable than the Contact Us form, however they can work. It's best if you can ping an Oculus admin directly. mouse_bear was a life saver for me when the Contact Us page would not work

It's up to you, but my guess is it's quicker to let the original submission go through review and then submit an update as soon as it passes.
As for contacting Oculus/Meta support, sign in and click "Contact Us" on this page:

I wanted to add that you should be able to update the binary once the app passes review without another submission. The meta data will require an new submission and review though.
