Upload New Binary not working

Has anyone else experienced this issue? As recently as last night I could upload new builds of my Oculus Go game, but right now I keep trying to click "Upload New Binary" and nothing is happening.

    aaand I figured it out. It was showing me the upload confirmation, but the way that appears makes it really easy to miss. If I were in charge of that UX I'd strongly consider improving that flow (maybe turn it into a modal) because it's pretty easy to get wrong.
