A new rift s without Lenovo logo

I bought a very strange rift s. It have no Lenovo logo, and it's firmware version is 0.0.0
It can detect usb 3.0 connection, but not for displayport, and can't complete firmware update.
Do anyone know why?

    I'd say it looks like a devkit, but even the early ones we received were lenovo branded so this might be an even earlier internal sample, where'd you get this?

    I bought it from second hand market.
    Is it have any value?
