A Problem About Entitlement_GetIsViewerEntitled for Anti-Piracy

We are now using the Entitlement_GetIsViewerEntitled interface for anti-piracy. But we still found pirated installation packages exist online. We found that they make this interface always return "success". Is there a better method, such as an online HTTP-based interface, that can inform us whether the meta user has access permission to use this app?
