A problem with Oculus Start submission — it takes too long

Hello,

I have a problem — I had submitted my app 2 months ago, but I have not received any feedback too long. And most sudden fact that many of tickets have met silence from the support team after transferring to Oculus Start team. 

Did you ever met something like that? How you solved this? The looses occurred...
