Admin Verification in org manager trouble

Trying to get myself Admin verified since I am a sole developer without a 'business'

I keep getting errors saying they cannot use my drivers license photo to verify my identity.

I tried maybe 10 times with different landscape vs portrait photos.

Even tried my marriage license.

Now it is just stuck in request under review and I cannot do anything else with it?

Is there a support email for this?  Or has anyone else had this issue?

  • Same issue, can't get verified. Tried different Gov IDs, company paperwork. Nothing passes and generic 'try again' error. Not amused... abuse prevention at scale sure is annoying.

  • I am also experiencing the same issue. I have sent my driver's license several times, but I quickly receive an error and retry email. The emails arrive so quickly that it seems like an automated system is making the decision, rather than a human. For example, is it possible that only American documents are automatically accepted, while documents from other countries cannot be recognized? I would like an official response from Meta.

  • I had the same issue, but today I successfully obtained verification. I didn't change the photo of my driver's license that I submitted, but previously I would receive a verification failure email within about a minute. However, starting from yesterday, the review process started taking about half a day, and today I received the confirmation email for verification. Perhaps the algorithm for the review process has changed.

For those who failed the review, it might be worth trying again. Just make sure to double-check that the name on your linked Facebook account matches the name on the submitted document. Good luck!

  • Certainly, its seems like all are facing with same problem. I thought to share a gift ideas but decided to share you something I had in my mind. Here's what you can typically do in such situations::

    1. Check Document Requirements: Ensure you're using the correct documents and follow the platform's guidelines for identity verification.

    2. High-Quality Documents: Upload clear and legible photos or scans of your documents to avoid verification errors.

    3. Contact Support: Look for the platform's support options and reach out to them for assistance. This might include email, chat, or phone support.

    4. Be Patient: If your verification is under review, wait for a response from the platform. These reviews can take time.

    5. Explore Alternatives: Check if the platform offers alternative verification methods, such as video calls or providing additional information.

    6. Double-Check Information: Ensure all information provided matches your documents accurately.

If you can't find support details, consider reaching out on the platform's official social media profiles or seeking advice from other users on relevant forums.
