Anyone else getting a Windows Defender warning about the Oculus build tool?

When I run the ovr-platform-util tool to create a store build, Windows Defender warns that this is not safe. I assume this can be ignored but it makes me a little concerned that the main build tool hasn't been verified. I just wanted to make sure this was normal.
