Are promotions (ie: sales) a thing of the past? If so, that would be terrible

I rely on the weekly promotions in order to spread the word about our VR titles.
It's been one of the main reasons we love developing for Oculus.
It's simply the best way to generate interest in your titles and increase revenue.

Usually I see an available promo every week.
I have yet to see one since the end of December.

Is everyone else experiencing the same issue?
