Blocking to finis develop registration

Hey there! I was creating a meta developer account, but Im getting issues in the step to "Verify Account" Im not receiving the SMS code sent to my mobile phone number (obviously my mobile phone number is good)

Maybe someone is able to help me to unblock me in this step?
