Bluetooth Connection

Hello,

I am currently looking into sending real time data from my PC (python for example) to an oculus quest 2 (java android) through a Bluetooth connection, preferably a BLE connection. I have zero knowledge on BLE connections and if what i am trying to do is even possible.
If yes, how can we do that?
