Building a VR Lab for 32 middle school students, have questions about using Go in education

Do you mind if I pick your brain?  I work at a high school in chicago and I'm trying to pick a headset that my teachers can easily build a classroom in and do their instruction.  I'm hoping for something that all disciplines can use.  Do you have any recommendations of which headset to begin with and the apps?
