Cannot switch to dev mod!

Hey I have a problem with the dev mod, I am verified but can not turn on the dev mod on the app, I have version 135.0 does anyone have a solution

    Same. v135 here too. Support told me you can use Oculus Developer Hub, but that thing can't find the headset. This level of brokenness is staggering.
