Cant find .inf file when downloading oculus drivers

I was going to try developing a game using unreal engine 4. When downloading the oculus drivers you have to extract the zip folder, look through it and find the .inf file. My problem is that I cant find the .inf file. I have looked through the entire folder and cant find it.

Hopefully someone has the answer?
