Cant press upload on developer hub

So, my game has been inactive of updates for a while for the reason of I can't seem to upload a build without some kind of error and when I fix it I get a new one. Now I try to upload a build again but to my surprise I cant press the upload button. The button is completely gray as if I'm not allowed to press it so if anyone knows a solution to this please tell me.

  • Same, I'm trying to help my friend make a vr game but it doesn't let him click upload either. Have you found a solution yet?

This was driving me crazy, too.  The Developer Hub tool uses the command line ovr-platform-util behind the scenes to perform the upload.  If that tool isn't on-path, it will gray the button out.  Here's how to fix it:

      • Download the ovr-platform-util here
      • Copy the executable to the same directory as the Meta Developer Hub executable. You may need admin privs on the machine to do so -- if so, find a directory that's on-path to which you do have access, and copy it there.
      • Restart Developer Hub.

That fixed it for me.  Hope it fixes it for you, too!

  • If you are having trouble pressing the "Upload" button on a developer hub, here are a few tips that may help:

Check your internet connection: A weak or unstable internet connection can cause issues with the upload process. Make sure you have a strong, stable internet connection before trying to upload anything.

Clear your browser cache and cookies: Cached data and cookies can sometimes cause issues with websites. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can help fix any issues that may be preventing you from uploading.

Try a different browser: Sometimes certain browsers can have compatibility issues with websites. Try using a different browser to see if that helps.
