Can't sign up for company-developer account

Hi.  I'm going to the account manager screen to set up a developer account and it gives me a CHOICE of options.  Credit card OR two factor signin.   I set up the two factor, and it is active and working - but can't past this screen or ever bring up the webpage to create a compnay account because it ALWAYS throws me back to this screen.  How do I get past this?   So frustrating.  Thanks for any suggestions

    I have the same problem. BTW, The 2FA for mobile text code crashed. Any solution yet?

    Hello. I have the same issue. I have a PayPal and 2FA app linked but I cannot get past verification too. I get error messages when I try to add a phone number or credit card too

    would be nice if meta actually gave us some way to contact them with questions like this.  meta are you out there???

    Same here neither credit card gets registered nor does it recognise the already existing and working 2FA.

    Meta support says one needs to contact developer support, which you can't if you are not a registered developer. Quite frustrating.
