Controller, HMD, and Sensor geometries

Are there Touch controller, HMD, or sensor geometries available to use without having to go through Unreal/Unity/Maya etc.?

    Hi, 
    I would like the option in my VR app to render the controllers and sensors to the HMD. I was able to get the controller geometries from LeftController.xml in the Tuscany example of the SDK, but I haven't been able to find anything for the sensors.
