Conversions in Funnel analytics not being reported on Financial Reports

This situation still has not been resolved and I just keep getting the run around. I'm on the verge of shutting down my account and going to develop for a different company. Meta does not appear to want to resolve this issue.
I had accumulated over 1,000+ conversion sales on my analytics and the internal payments department told me that their "initial estimate" was off - then I only received payment for about 20 conversions. SCREW META!
