Cross platform leaderboards between Quest and Rift

Hello!

I am developing a game that will launch on Sidequest as well as the rift store and I have a few questions.

Will I have access to Oculus Platform Services if my app is sideloaded via Sidequest? If so, is it possible to make an Oculus Leaderboard that is cross platform with Sidequest and the Rift store?

Any tips would be very helpful!
