Deactivating facebook

I've read if I deactivate facebook all content will be deleted. I logged in my Facebook for my sons account but want to deactivate mine and make one for him and have this as his oculus log in. Is there anyway of doing this as I do not want my Facebook active

    They said that deleting the Facebook account would erase everything on the Oculus account, but you are able to select deactivate on Facebook so that you can "Pause" the account. Then you still have your Facebook account left but if you need to log in to your device for some reason then you would need to activate the account again 😞 
    Maybe you should try to contact Oculus support and see if it is possible to change the Facebook account as you are family members which a lot of companies have lots of exceptions for. On many threads here it seems like it seems split on if they can or can't do it. Good luck!
