Developer Portal Links Break Unexpectedly

All of these links frequently (but not always) take me to the same information (where the * is my organization ID).

https://dashboard.oculus.com/organizations/*/testusers
https://dashboard.oculus.com/organizations/*/sso
https://dashboard.oculus.com/organizations/*/payment-info
https://dashboard.oculus.com/organizations/*/financial-reports
https://dashboard.oculus.com/organizations/*/promotions
https://dashboard.oculus.com/organizations/*/sale-invites

That is, all I see is the builds page:
https://dashboard.oculus.com/application/*/build

I can't always get this to happen, but every once in a while after I haven't been active on an open tab for a while, all of the links will fail to refresh properly. The only way I've gotten it to fix itself is if I navigate to a new page (i.e. any link that works) and come back.
