Disable app reviews

Is it possible to deactivate the ability to Post reviews for an app? My client has concerns about possible content that they could be liable for or could harm their reputation, I haven’t found anything about this topic, only that you can contest specific reviews but that would also force my client to have someone monitor them 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:
