Do users who "purchased" need to pay if you change a game from FREE to PAID on Applab?

So you said if a game that was purchased went from "purchased" to "free" in Applab, would you still have to pay for it? Please let us know if we understood your problem correctly.
Thank you. I released a game for free and I want to change it to paid. For those who have already downloaded the app while free., do they need to pay for the new paid version?
